As the 2020 school year ends, the Winchester Foundation for Educational Excellence will begin its Teacher Tribute to honor educators and school staff.To participate, residents may visit http://wfee.org to write a message to their favorite teacher (or teachers), principal, specialist, custodian or school secretary.
