Winchester will bring the question of funding for the six-classroom expansion of McCall Middle School to a vote at a special Town Meeting on March 8, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at the Winchester High School Auditorium.The town will seek to approve $10.7 million, according to the latest estimate, to pay for Phase Two of the expansion.
